A graduate of California State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, and an emphasis in photography, Bobbi Holmes is a freelance writer and photographer, with an eclectic range of interests and experiences. From 1985 to 1991 she was an editor for a small community magazine in southern California. She served as general manager for a resort on Lake Havasu from 1991 to 1998, and co-managed a family restaurant, with her husband, until 2001. She practiced real estate with her husband until 2008, specializing in commercial and residential properties. She is part owner of a small real estate company, where her husband is the Broker. Today she is a full time freelance writer, working for various clients, such as Demand Studios, and on her own projects, blogs and websites. She continues to work in photography, and has a special interest in genealogy, cooking, crafts and gardening.
